Sharp Structural Solutions started trading in January 2019. At the time I worked for a larger Derbyshire based consultancy and continued to develop Sharp Structural Solutions during evenings and on weekends. In May I stepped down from a permanent to a part-time role so I could devote more time to developing a client base that finally became a full-time role in October.
My clients mainly include Architects and Builders who are based in the East Midlands and typically work on projects in Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire with the occasional foray into Lincolnshire, Cheshire, Warwickshire and Yorkshire.
In July 2021 I moved into an office based at Newbridge Works in Wirksworth which gives me superb access to the Derbyshire Dales. The office is located next door to the Wirksworth Heritage Train Station.
